UK Youth is supporting the My Whole Self campaign from MHFA England for workplace culture change. It is an opportunity for organisations to empower employees to bring their whole self to work.
By bringing together diversity and inclusion with health and wellbeing, we can drive positive transformation in workplace mental health. We know teams that feel safe and connected work better together. People are at their most effective and creative when everybody feels psychologically safe and seen, heard and valued. Check out the resources available on their website to find out how to take part.
Mental Health Foundation has compiled a series of resources to support people who are struggling with their wellbeing that are relevant for staff, volunteers and young people. Information about supporting organisations is listed by topics and you can access all the resources here.

The training provides a structure to begin to explore, debate and discuss the core themes associated with feelings, thoughts and experiences of being lonely and isolated.
• Definitions of youth loneliness
• Causes and consequences of youth loneliness
• The changing nature and context of youth loneliness
• Resources and solutions to support young people who are lonely

SUPPORT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Opportunity for Young People
Invite young people to become #iwill AmbassadorsEach year the #iwill Movement recruit young people (10-25) to act as #iwill Ambassadors. Their role is to champion youth social action, inspire other young people and help build the Movement. Recruitment is open until midnight on 11 June. We would like your support in promoting this opportunity to young people, and organisations, in your network. Individuals can apply themselves or can be nominated.
The #iwill Ambassador role is a development role for young people, and as such we do not have a minimum educational or work experience requirements.
If they are passionate about making a difference, want to develop their skills, and be a leader in their community, then this could be the perfect role for them!
Check out the #iwill web site here for all the information as well the comprehensive suite of supporting recruitment resources and assets including nation specific resources and easy read versions (English and Welsh).
