About Organisation

Let Me Know (LMK) is an education charity working with young people to prevent domestic violence, relationship abuse and sexual assault.

Good relationships shape our health and happiness, but we are taught so little about them. LMK was established in 2020 to help change that. Through workshops and training programmes, LMK educates young people about healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, preventing them from becoming victims or perpetrators of abuse.

We offer a prevention programme against domestic violence, relationship abuse and sexual assault that equips young people to have healthy relationships during their teen years, but also embeds behaviours and expectations that are carried through into adult life.

Domestic Violence and Relationship Abuse affect the lives of 2.3 million people in the UK each year and have far-reaching consequences for the individual and society. Relationship health should be an essential part of every child’s education. By giving young people the language and the tools to identify healthy and unhealthy behaviours, we can teach them how to look after themselves and others.
