We provide supported housing for vulnerable young people, children’s homes and staffing opportunities in Dorset. Our services are split into 3 different sections: Lily Housing Project, Lily Residential Services and Lily Staffing Solutions.

Lily Housing Project

We provide supported housing across Dorset for vulnerable homeless young people aged 16-21. Utilising our strong understanding, experience, and total commitment to delivering positive outcomes, we have offered specialised provisions for high-level vulnerability and high-risk young people for over 18 years. Keeping our residents safe whilst building towards a planned move-on into independent living through engagement, participation and clear communication and boundaries outlines the key building blocks within our approach and organisation.

Through person-centred support, we empower young people to develop social, emotional and functional skills as they live in safe, secure and high-quality settings. Our young residents have the space they require to grow, enhance their self-confidence and self-esteem and develop the life skills required to live independently, whether that is for the first time or following a sudden or significant change in their personal circumstances.

Lily Residential Services

Lily Residential Services provides safe, nurturing, therapeutic children’s homes in Dorset for 12-17 year olds. We provide full-time staff with specialist skills to meet the individual needs of the children in our care. With a nurturing and person-centred approach, we enable children with the ability to continue learning and developing life skills with the aim of facilitating a safe phased return to the family home.

Lily Staffing Solutions

Lily Staffing Solutions meets the demand for skilled, well trained staff to work with in Children and young people’s services. We cover most roles within Children and Young people’s services, from support to specialised pieces of work.

We have many different roles and hours available from long term placements to one off assignments. We also recruit for permanent roles, making us the only specialist recruiters working solely in this sector. Lily Staffing solutions have ongoing recruitment opportunities for support workers, children’s residential care workers, and community support staff within children’s and young people’s services.
