Redlands Counselling & Training

Redlands is a provider of high quality, accessible counselling, counselling training, personal skills training and related services. These services are all provided by a team of dedicated and experienced counsellors and trainers who are all members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Redlands is a centre recognised by the Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) for the delivery of CPCAB courses.

Redlands was established by Paul René in 2008. Paul currently leads a team of ten tutors and five group facilitators for the delivery of CPCAB counselling training courses and five counselling assessors and six counselling supervisors for the delivery of our counselling service.

The vision of Redlands is to relate to individuals, groups and organisations in ways which enable all to lead purposeful, meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Counselling

Counselling can be an effective way of helping with any difficulties or problems you may be experiencing in your life, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, bereavement, redundancy.

Talking through these difficulties in a safe, confidential space with a counsellor can often help.

Redlands offers counselling at convenient locations across Dorset through its network of qualified counsellors and also through Redlands Community Counselling Service.
