RISE AP was founded by Dan, Callum and Jack in 2023 due to their passion for supporting children and young people with special educational needs. Our Senior Mentors have extensive knowledge of working within schools (mainstream and specialist) and have a wealth of experience in supporting children who have a range of needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH).

To provide the children and young people within our care with the best possible opportunity to re-engage with learning, we use bespoke adaptable approaches for each child to enable them to be successful.
