Claire and Sarah have many years experience between them in working with C&YP. Claire was a health visitor and is now a Play Therapist, and Sarah is a qualified Counsellor and Supervisor. We offer Forest Bathing to individuals as well as groups, we are the guides and the Forest becomes the therapist. Its been proven that a 2 hour session in the Forest improves mood, immune system, sleep and is good for de-stressing and reducing anxiety as well as inflammation within the body, We suggest a monthly 2 hour session over a period of 6 months and it has been proven that a 2 hour session will have a sustained impact over the month. It is an ideal opportunity to reconnect with yourself away from the stresses and strains of modern day life., after all we as human beings are not separate from nature we are nature. Claire and sarah are the guides and will provide prompts but most of the session is non directive and will be unique for the individual. Please do email either of us for further information.
