We have a lively junior membership for 7 to 18 year olds. The membership is divided into age groups and these groups make up our Curtain Raisers. On reaching 18, some of our members stay to help run the junior groups and others progress to adult membership.

​There are opportunities to take part in youth theatre and adult productions, skills workshops, including technical skills, Festivals, most notably the NT Connections project organised by the National Theatre, end of term showcases and theatre trips. We are members of National Association of Youth Theatres. Not only do you get the thrill of being on stage but being in the Curtain Raisers is a great way to make new friends, boost your confidence and self esteem, learning how to work as a team but mainly JUST TO HAVE FUN!
