What

The ‘Be Ur Self’ programme is aimed at secondary school students who have been affected by a family member's (or someone close to them) drug or alcohol use, or for students experiencing low level mental health or self harming issues. We have worked with Years 7-9 to date but the programme and its delivery can be modified according to age and gender of the YP's.

Our programme offers students additional support which can help build personal resilience and develop new skills that will help them to better manage their life circumstances.

‘Be Ur Self’ comprises six 1 hour sessions over consecutive weeks and we require selected pupils to attend all of the sessions so they experience the maximum benefit.

Please note that sessions are carried out in schools and not at the location given.
