About Project

A typical counselling session lasts about 45 minutes and is an opportunity to discuss your concerns with the counsellor. You will see the same counsellor for all your sessions, so you don’t have to repeat yourself each time. Our counsellors are all very experienced and have a wide range of tools and techniques to help you – we know one size does not fit all, so our counsellors will work with you to find what things work for you. Anything discussed in the room remains confidential unless the counsellor feels that there is a safeguarding issue – your safety and the safety of those around you has to take priority.
