About Project

Our telephone & online personal support service provides young people with an opportunity to have a One-On-One chat with one of our qualified substance misuse practitioners via telephone or live video chat.

We understand that talking about drugs and alcohol can be a sensitive matter and appreciate how important it is for young people to feel they are in a safe environment, where their questions will be answered and they can receive the help they need.

We make no judgements, we are just here to help!

We listen and ask what you would like to achieve from your time with us, and from that, together we work towards achieving your goal, whether this is simply to increase your factual knowledge about the realities and consequences of substance use or to work towards a goal of controlled use or abstinence.
