Founders of The Colour Works Foundation, Giles and Liz believe passionately that really understanding yourself is the stepping stone to discovering your unique contribution to society and being able to live a life full of purpose, happiness and hope.

Through our state-of-the-art colour model we enable young people to develop self-belief. With this foundation we work with them on understanding the differences in others so that they are able to build stronger, more collaborative relationships and make better life decisions.

The colour model of behaviour is based on the work of Swiss psychologist, Carl Jung, and his notion of ‘psychological preferences’.

This refers to:

• how we interact with the world around us and where we get our energies from (introversion v. extraversion)
• how we make decisions (thinking v. feeling)
• how we interpret the world around us (sensing v. intuition).
