What
Active Monitoring is a programme of supportive intervention and guided self-help to improve your mental health and well-being. It is a series of weekly sessions over a six-week period. We have a number of ‘pathways’ for you to choose that will guide your progress throughout your sessions. For example, we have a pathway to help you to better manage anxiety and panic attacks. Others pathways include support for menopause, depression, stress, anger, self-esteem, isolation as well as grief and loss.
This service runs in certain GP surgeries across Dorset, please see our website to check if it is available in your surgery. Referrals can be made via GPs. Days and times will be arranged with the practitioner. Adult Active Monitoring - Dorset Mind
